    01What is the Daiko Dog Leash Presale?

    By purchasing one of the DAIKO Dog Leashes as displayed above, you are choosing the option to join our Community and help us bring our products to market with a targeted delivery date of Q4 2025. You are entering a crowdfunding process that will generate the funding to launch an exclusive range of DAIKO Dog Products and will be entitled to ongoing updates over the coming months.

    02How can I place a presale order?

    You can purchase your chosen leash by simply clicking the BUY NOW button and proceeding to our Checkout, where payment can be made by Card or in Crypto.

    03What payment methods are accepted?


    We offer a variety of secure payment options:

    • Credit and Debit Cards: For traditional payments, we use Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
    • Digital Wallets: You can also use digital wallets such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Link for quick and convenient payments via Stripe.

    04When will I be charged for my presale order?

    If you wish to avail of the Special Offers listed under the various leash sizes and
    select the BUY NOW Button, you will be taken to our Payment Platform. Payment will be taken when you enter your details and confirm same and your Card or Crypto Wallet will be debited directly.

    05When will I receive my Daiko Dog Leash?

    This is a Crowdfunding Project that will generate some or all of the funds necessary
    to complete the development of the DAIKO Product Range. The targeted completion
    date is Q4 2025 as the Company has already completed the engineering design for the Daiko Retractable Leash which is the subject of this Presale Offering.

    06Can I make changes to my presale order?

    Yes! As delivery is projected for mid-2025, you can make any necessary changes to your order up to the time you have selected your preferred delivery location. You will also be asked to confirm your chosen color or any additional extras at that time.

    07What if I need to cancel my presale order?

    You can cancel your presale order at any time up to 1 month before delivery and any refund due will be subject to standard payment transaction fees (No punishing or sneaky clauses!)

    08Can I order multiple leashes during the presale?

    Yes you can! but it may cause some confusion if you act on a group's behalf. Each owner of a DAIKO Leash will be entitled to sign up for the APP no matter where they purchase the item, but if you are buying on behalf of a group of people, each person will need to register their ownership of this Launch Offer in order to avail of the Benefits included. We can send you the info on how to complete this process at a later stage and before shipping.

    09Can I pick a color?

    Yes- but not just yet! We show the 4 standard colors that are available: Blue / Pink / Black / Red and you will have the option to pick your chosen color in the following months and of course- before shipping.
